Padraig Lynch

Padraig Lynch was born in 1936 in Ardee, Co. Louth. He studied under the late George Collie RHA at his studio in Dublin. He has a degree in Architecture as well as a BA in the History of Art from UCD and has also worked as a primary school teacher.

He has exhibited widely all over Ireland and has been featured from the United States to Singapore. He has contributed to the Royal Hibernian Academy Annual Exhibition 1981-94 and the Royal Hibernian Academy Banquet Exhibition.

Lynch's work is included in the private collections of Mary Mcaleese, Mary Robinson, Paddy Hillery, ESB, Ulster Bank and the Northern Eastern Health Board.
