Born in Glasgow in 1930. From 1949-53 he studied at Glasgow School of Art. His first one-man show was held at the Carnegie Library (1951) and those that followed included Galerie Madeleine (1960) in Paris, the Drain Gallery (1969 - 70) in London, the RHA (1991) and the Taylor Galleries (1991) in Dublin.
In 1960 Crozier won the 'Premio Lissone' Milan award, followed by 'The Visiting Fellowship' New York Studio School award. In 1994 he was awarded the 'Gold Medal for Painting' at the Oireachtas, Dublin. Crozier lives and works mostly in Cork.
